@ Owl: you are going fine with that Mustang. How is the fit on that kit? I thought this CA kit was not that good but you make it look like an easy build.
@ Sergio: is that for the Bv-155? Or the FW-189?

Its not the worst kit I've worked with. Cargill clamping and glittering fixed the largest gapsBorgR3mc0 wrote:@ Owl: you are going fine with that Mustang. How is the fit on that kit? I thought this CA kit was not that good but you make it look like an easy build.

Here's the mustang all primed along with some stable-mates. Getting ready for a NMF!
I airbrushed the OD glare panel and ID stripes, then masked those over and hit the pony with silver from a rattle-can. Ooooooh. Shiny!
Waited a day, then carefully masked off certain areas to accept a second shade of metal. Not bad!
I've still another shade to pick out, then its on to decals

I like that shine, I often do nmf from a spray can. It starts out shiny but if you think it is to much just put a flat coat on it.

Put me down for a 1/48 Hobbycraft Vampire Mk.I. I do not think I will be able to begin before the end of the year, but that is my kit choice for here.

Front page updated.
You can learn all the math in the 'Verse, but you take a boat in the air that you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurtin' 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

That is another nasty seamline. But that comes with the territory if you build short run kits. That sprue stand looks handy, I might borrow that idea.
