I just bought this bottle of Tamiyas new (at least for me) Extra Thin Low Odor.



Can only say, it does not really smell anything! Could almost be called "Odorless".

Have not tested it yet, but I am sure it excels as all the other Tamiyas cements

Now that's interesting - the only complaint I get at these days is the glue. I might have to try some of that.

Funny - I did the exact same thing as I wanted to do a Polish Hurricane so ordered the kit and a set of decals not realizing the kit included Polish squadron markings.

BTW I liked Hurricane and Squadron 303 - both pretty good movies on the Polish pilots.

Yes, I have the first release of the new tool Airfix Hurricane in my stash along with a partial SuperScale decal set… used one batch of markings from it to do I.R. Gleed’s Battle of Britain “Figaro” Mk.I many years ago. Unfortunately it was damaged beyond repair during a move in ‘11.

But I do have this Pegasus Mk.I in my stash as well that comes with 303 Squadron (Polish) markings.



In spite of it being a snap together kit, I’ve read good reviews of it, as well as hearing from guys in my old IPMS Chapter who have built some of these Pegasus kits and said good things about them.

Already got some Kari - not used it yet but it certainly is odourless!

Speaking of glue, who remembers the supposed non toxic tube glue that smelled like oranges

The old blue tube. Seemed to remember it not working very well.
