Lyle are you using an inkjet or laser printer for your decals? I have a laserjet and it worked okay, not the greatest. The USAF decals look great, very crisp edges!

jelliot, these were from a Dell 1660w color laser. Found one at Office Depot for under 150 bucks with free shipping last year. Does a nice job.
Scanned the decal sheet in and then opened it in Photoshop to get rid of the off-color background. The decal paper is from Paper World ? i think. Very thin.
