Gorgeous work. :yikes:
Can you fly this plane and land it? Surely you can't be serious? I am serious, and don't call me Shirley

I thought the problems, after so much putty and sand, were over.

Started by the decals on the left side. The two stars left in two pieces. Was not difficult to repair. The decal TexasLonghorn broke in four or five pieces :pod: . Luckily I managed to unite all the bits and did not seem to look bad.

Then the right side. Curious! No problem :) .

Now are missing stencils.

As said earlier the decals were arranged me by a friend and, to my knowledge, had the decals for some time. It is natural that they no longer were in the best conditions.

After finishing the placement of stencils applied a new coat of gloss clear.

Now a wash and then the flat clear.

Stunning build so far, Marc! What clear gloss did you use? I like the shine.

After having me over the Future started to use the Goss Clear of Alclad. And like a lot.

The P-40 has never really been in my favorites bucket, but looking at your build, I am starting to change my mind... and I have a Hasegawa 1/48 in my stash... :-)

Very well done, a good WIP, picture quality outstanding ! (Nope, I will not ask which on has been used, a Canon or a Nikon)

Never had taken photographs until begin participating in the forums. At first asked a friend to take pictures of models. Of course he was not always available and many time must take the models to his house to photograph.

One day I lost my mind and bought one. Until today has only served to take pictures to my models. All automatic. As the photographer is not good, the machine have to be very good.

A Cannon EOS 450 D.

And it's almost over.

I applied a wash and then clear flat (Flat Klear of Alclad).
