Thanks, guys. A couple more photos. sorry for posting intermittenly and spelling errors. bit challenging on an android.

Using the dry roots of a climbing plant As twigs.

Coloring and dry brushing phase to get the details out. I used acylics for the dark wood color and enamels for the highlights.

Very realistic! Hope you are doing better.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
