My deepest condolences for your loss Mike, it's never easy to loose a pet, especially one so young - and whilst you did the right thing, it is indeed hard - we lost our lovely cat to cancer a few years back so I've been there as well.

I know the feeling all too well. I lost 2 of my pets in the same year in 2018 (Chloe my Ragdoll cat in January and Hopper my King Charles Cavalier in August).

Mike, I'm sorry to hear this sad news. I agree, you did the right thing, even if it goes against everything you truly want to do. I know how you feel losing a loved pet. I lost a cat named Rocky quite a few years ago at a young age too. I still remember him and get weepy too whenever I think of him and it's been probably a decade now since he left me.

Sorry Mike. I still say its one of the hardest things to go through. I've been in Florida almost three years and we've lost 2 cats and my dog since moving.
