My turn in the unofficial SPAM Tamiya Tank group build

Sorry, no Panthers here lol! But both the Chieftain and the M48 are progressing. I've used some milliputt on the gap around the barrel of the Patton to make it look like the Mantle cover - not 100% but then the Tamiya parts were wrong anyway. I've also replaced the loaders hatch handle with wire. The Chieftain is waiting for it's gun cover to be done, and then I can move on and build the rest of the turret.





I've been pondering why progress has been so slow - but then it occurred to me that I'm building two tanks LOL!
