I think Joe needs a 1/24 engine stand for his projects… :giggles:

I have three workbench "stories". The table has been tidied up and organized in preparation for my next victim. I guess no work area is perfect, but I know mine could use a lot of help. There are a thousand places for little parts to hide and I could use more light, but it's what I have so I make it work.

This is my upcoming project. It's the Hobbycraft Bf-109E-7 Tropical in 1/48, of course. I started working on the sub-assemblies several months ago, concurrent with the F-102, and then sit it aside to concentrate on the big delta model. It should be just about ready for assembly and paint work.

And here is what's been occupying the workbench for the past six months. I finally finished the Monogram Convair F-102A Delta Dagger, after beginning the build around the first of May. I took some underside pics earlier this week, before adding the final topside parts. And then I took a few "sneak preview" photos of her sitting on the work table. Hopefully, I can get the model out to the airport in a few days for a proper photo session out there. But for now, here are a few inside finished pics and some of the bottom side too.

Love that square foot of workspace! Reminds me of mine. . .

That 102 looks great. I have come to like the century series more and more as time has gone by, especially the delta wainged ones.

The F-102 looks great Gary! I can’t wait to see it at the airport.

You’re gonna enjoy that Hobbycraft 109 too! Those are fun kits. I’ve built a few and have more in my stash.
