Thank you, Kari and Carlos! What a great video clip! I don’t have too much in the ways of specialized bending tools. Kari. For the 90 degree bends I used a squared metal file and a scrap of cardboard for support. Where I ran into trouble was the seat. Eduard makes this a series of folds—first you roll the seat after finding the perfect diameter of dowel then you fold the sides up snugly against the edges of bottom curvilinear piece. What I used for a dowel was a metal cap from a mechanical pencil. However both sides popped loose from the small tab holding them in place, leaving me to separately glue each side together. Those sides put up a real fight and one corner is not quite sealed in place or squared off in place. I removed some of the excess CA from the rails and the bucket itself—you can also see the scrapes I put on the flooring. Normally I would put masking tape to protect the floor! Anyway, something to polish out a little, if it even matters due to the visibility.

Ken, enjoy your cold one. There is nothing like a cold beer on a warm day. I used to sit on our screened in porch drinking cold ones with my Grandpap on warm afternoons.

You have packed a lot into that piec3 of work! Looks really good.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Thought so - I know it got a lot of criticism but all in all it wasn't a bad film, I actually really enjoyed the flying sequences - but then anything with a P-40 in it is worth watching in my book.

People weren’t expecting that type of movie. George Lucas made a modern CGI John Wayne war movie. Heroes and villains, no shades of nuance. Certainly a better movie than Pearl Harbor. And yes, anything with P-40 screen time is good to see! I loved that part of Valkyrie.

:hmm: I think that's the only part of Valkyrie I watched

Anything's a better movie than Pearl Harbour! :giggles: (well ok - some of it was alright!)

That about sums it up - and very good it was too!

My plan is to smooth out the rough section of flooring with wet sanding tonight, do a polish, and see if this is ready to prime.
