That is insanity! Sounds like each track link has seperate end connectors and guide teeth! That sounds too much like the real damned things… :headbang:

It's a pain in the back, can't argue with you on that. But in all fairness I have to observe, that the kit comes with a jig that greatly helps with the assembly of the tracks. Cleaning the parts is a whole other story, though. :ballbat:
