Lyle, you're doing just fine here. And yes, that post behind the TC hatch is the antenna base.

That's looking really really good Lyle! Very nice!
I've seen an in-service photo of a Sherman with a track running the wrong way so I wouldn't worry about it.

That does happen on occasion… it’s just not overly common
