Reference—including black foot rests? Perhaps dark grey?

Thank you, Joe!
Er, well, thank the internet—
I believe “The Modeling News,” posted that where my search engine could find it!
Cheers, bud!
My plan is to use MM Enamel Primer.
P.S. I am starting on your poster and badge...

I reworked the edges of the seat.
It is ready...
Maybe I will just go directly to color coat.

Great work on that Braille scale PE stuff! It’s so tiny!

Thanks, gents. I was able to add a little CA to the corners without the CA leaking through the bottom of the seat. I flipped the chair upside down at first. The assembly is Step 1 minus surgery of the kit part. I was not sure if I was going to be able to make this work so I skipped the surgery part because really if I messed up here then I would have amputated the part of the kit cockpit holding the top of the fuselage together. There is also a chance that painting this will not work out but that is pretty minimal. It’s probably overkill but with CA I always let the CA cure for 24 hours. Eduard provides a lot of details for the cockpit. Many are painted. All the foundational PE pieces are metal finished, which is a nice way to provide a weathering base.
