This is gonna be interesting. His lawn guy just finished cutting. Yes, they stayed on their side of the line. I went out and chatted with him a bit and came in. I was checking to see if they were done and gone so I could take the dogs out. He and his helper were running a tape measure between the stakes and using that as a guide to run the trimmer down the line. He said he was doing what “the homeowner” wanted. What a puts.

Some of those are great thoughts. . . but, alas.
Preparing for an onslaught of petty, minor, insignificant crap from this jerk. Funny thing is, he started it, he kept it going, he told me that if it needed to be surveyed that i should do it. Yada, yada, yada.....Now he is royally PO'd because I did. Nothing like watching an "adult" two-year old having a temper tantrum because he can't have his way.

Ya know, I'm liking that cactus idea the more I think of it. A big bed of prickly pear will also harbor a few
rattlesnakes! They should deter most folks, if
only Lyle watches out for them.

Just re-read your post regarding fences. Why can’t you put up a fence line on your property? It’s not like you have a HOA neighborhood. Or is it some crazy law that fences are not allowed.

We do have an HOA. Their rules.
