I’m glad Mike asked about your technique here because it was extremely successful, Carlos! How did you form the rolled Milliput into shapes? I always use a form to create the initial shape, and then I layer the putty over that. What was that the case here? Did you wet the clay to keep it smooth first then add texture later?

No, I just rolled it flat on either my work table or the cutting mat on it…. The texture came from there as both have a slightly roughened surface. I then shaped it into rectangles of the appropriate sizes, folded into shape, and placed them on the vehicle.
