Came home from work today and saw a small box in the mailbox. Wondered what it was then it dawned on me after I saw it came from Germany. RoG had sent me a replacement hood for my Torino kit after I put in a request for a replacement part a couple weeks ago. I actually wasn’t expecting it because I wasn’t sure if they were resuming the parts replacement service.
RoG deserves a big thank you for coming through for me.
No pics because I immediately sprayed a coat of primer on the replacement hood. Tomorrow, several light coats of gloss red is the order of the day.

Wouh, that was great service indeed!
Gives me hope to get that broken canopy piece of my Bf 110 also!

Got more red paint at Hobby Lobby tonight. Already sprayed the second light coat on the hood. A couple more light coats before I flip to do the top portion of the hood.
