That's a lot of spitfires Stuart! Nicely done and great variety. Are you going to do one from every country that flew them?
Thanks,
John

What a most amazing and blessed way to celebrate Easter! I love those old churches and the Yew.This Spitfires came out sensationally! I love them! I need to make an American one myself!

Thanks Bruce - I would think I'd need to talk some better photo's before they'd be any good to you. Let me know if there is anything you want though.

Thanks John! LOL! That would take a fair bit of effort actually as they were operated by a LOT of countries. No the reason there were in non-UK markings was due to the GB I entered, it was for non-uk marked Spitfires. Mind you, I've wanted to do a desert USAAF one for a while.

Do it Mark - there're plenty of good markings! And Thanks!

It was a fab way to spend the day, very peaceful. The tree is awesome, so old yet still going strong!

Thanks Gary! It was a really good way to spend the day. We have a lot of these little but old churches near to us, we'll have to go and visit some more before long.

Cheers All!

Love what you've done with this "shotgun" bunch of Spitfires Stuart. Never seen a Russian captured Spit but it makes for some good conversation.

You've been a very busy man with these. :shoutout:

Thanks Joe - that's really appreciated! re

It's not actually a captured Ruskie Spitfire, we actually gave them about 2000 of them in WWII under lend-lease - a fact I didn't know until recently.
