The M8 Greyhound kit is pretty nice too... enjoy!
Thanks Stik. The M8 does look nice, I didn't realise it had an interior. I shall look forward to building it.

Glad you approve of the books! I fancy doing some dioramas and thought I'd start with the Classics.

keavdog wrote: Sun Mar 09, 2025 5:16 pm Some good books there Stuart. Interested in following your M8 build. I shy away from armor due to road wheels and tracks - but there's quite a few wheeled vehicles (like I need more to build). This one interests me.
Thanks John!

This one should be a good build. I have a soft-spot for armoured cars and would like to build a few. Might be a good thing to cut your teeth on if you don't fancy tracks.

Nice.... I haven't bought a model kit there in a couple years. Always the same old, same old. I'll grab paint or tube glue if needed.

This followed me home from the local hobby shop....needed some Tamiya paint and this would not leave me alone.

Got some of these. 3.25 or so a bottle from Blick Art Supplies. They are liquid watercolor inks. Brand is Aquafine from Daler & Rowney. Look to be handy for a lot of things.
