Tony, figures are definitely one of my weak areas. No matter how much I work on them, I have no consistency for good solid results…

I'm okay with uniforms and equipm,but my faces look like mannequins.You do good with yours.

Tom, I’ve got a love/hate thing with painting figures. In most cases they don’t quite turn out as intended.
Tony, I know what you mean. It’s the eye areas that keep vexing me… I just can’t quite find something that works right for me there…
Today was a good session. I airbrushed on the flat coat then did some of the detail painting that had to wait for that step to be done, such as the periscopes and vision blocks…
Just a few more small steps to go before I call this one finished…

My gosh man!!! This looks great so far Carlos. Slowly makin' my way back so I apologize for not looking in on this more regularly. I hear you on figure painting as I'd love to do this at some point....just don't have the skillset yet.

Looks great. What do you use for your flat? That is a dead-flat coat there.
