Here are the latest ships to come off the slipways at my shipyards.

To start, I finished up the USS Bootes AK-99 Liberty ship. This is the 1/700 scale Pit Road kit:

Next is the third Japanese subject being delivered to my Japanese Forces. this is the 1/700 scale Pit Road kit of the Japanese Oiler Erimo. I built her because she was eavesdropping on US Navy communications but the US Pacific Fleet during exercises a few weeks before Pearl Harbor. Sneaky little devil here:

Finally, both of these ships are being escorted by my latest British destroyer the HMS Daring on their shakedown cruises. This is the 1/700 scale Dragon kit of one of Britain's newest ships:

Okay, that's all I have for now. Thanks all for looking in, comments are welcome.

Some more great builds Mark! That’s great that you are building support vessels in Addison to the warships. No battle fleet can operate without them for long.

Bravo!

Since I started to "work on" my Tirpitz, these ship builds have taken a "giant leap" forward and changed totally how I see them, what is actually needed from the builder to achieve masterpieces such this trio (and of course our other shipbuilder Modelcrazy does)

I like also to see support vessels, those important ship types usually behind the scenes etc.

Thank you gentlemen! Yes, I am thrilled to do support vessels now; I have the AOE USS Sacramento in progress as well. I would do more if they had models of them.

Kari, I wouldn't call them masterpieces. They are very basic in completion and have no mods to make them more detailed or anything.

Thanks again guys for the great replies.

These are fantastic D, but where do you find the energy?

I have trouble with one every once in a while. Well played Sir...

Thank you Dragline! Sometimes I wonder myself where the energy comes from.

Thanks again for the compliments.

Wow those are nice. I have one 1/700 ship in the stash and am hopping I get remotely close to any of these three. Well done

Thank you Medic! I do have a couple more I need to finish as well.

Thanks Kevin! Compared to many shipbuilders I know; these are very basic. With your attention to detail, I'm sure you'll do just as well, if not better.

Well Mark, with the membership in the local clubs that you’re a part of, a few of the ship modelers within those clubs are world class.
