Thanks, Brent!

Doing the landing gear this morning. It feel like disarming a mouse trap....This is where the WB kit fails miserably. Nothing in the gear bays to help locate or secure anything. It is all a butt joint. Glued it in with Testor's Red Tube and will apply some CA around some areas when the other is dry. It took me a long time to get to this point. Instruction sheet? Useless. I am doing the happy dance that there are no gear doors!

Thank you! Me, .too.

Wheels are on, but bot sure for how long...looks like very weak axle.

Tail wheel has been reattached. I was going to try and drill out the broken ends. The fuselage seam kept splitting, so I simply glued it with CA.

Removed the registration numbers from the wings to paint around the landing lights. Had I been more smarterer, that would not have ever been needed. New decals printed and applied.

Cut a couple of rounds from BMF for the wheel hubs. Why? I was lazy. I think they look okay-ish. That foil is touchy in small bits.

Window mask did not pull out the one made Micro Krystal Klear. Yay!

Touched up a couple of remaining spots around the landing lights..

Re-glued the port engine to wing.

This isn’t a great piece of work by any means, but it will be done tomorrow.

Calling it done. I'm tired of it, to be honest. Feelings about the kit? Well, not horrible, even without alignment help it wasn't too bad. Didn't like the butt joints on the landing gear but it seems to be holding. I would also think there has to be a better way to do the windscreens. Side windows fit pretty well.

For the first time, the big registration number on the upper wing silvered horribly. I must have forgotten to hit it with Solvaset prior to sealing it up. Again, no one but you guys and me will know this, right? Warts and all, here it is...…….

Great job Lyle! I like the silver, it looks just like the anodized aluminum on the box artwork. Williams brothers kits are not easy and you did a fantastic job, your one is better than my two. 1st one not completed, 2nd one a replacement for the 1st, still in its box :headslap: Keep it up!
