Got some paint thrown down, learned some lessons to keep an eye out for the next build. Until the final shipment arrives, this is how it will look for awhile.

I can spot several mistakes..

That is good looking work! I am such a wimpy a/b user.
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

:hmm: The only mistake I see is that the kit was delivered to the wrong home.... :giggles:

But it’s obviously in capable hands! Beautiful work on the camo! :shoutout:

Thanks Lyle! Looks like it is coming back to me, though the AB I am using works wonders!

Thanks Stik! The mistakes are more with me rushing certain parts of assembly (canopy was one of the parts). Going to start the next build since I have a week of waiting for the gloss to arrive.

Not being able to settle with mistakes I made I went back and fixed them, minor things but it was bugging me. Also thanks to Stik for the reference photos this aircraft had little mottle applied to it so I used it as en excuse to add slight mottle. Restraint was needed since I was ready to go in full steam ahead and mottle away!

That looks great! I'm about to dip my toe into the world of the Luftwaffe - hoping for this kind of success.
Thanks,
John
