Airfix 1/48 BP Defiant

First Airfix kit in probably 30 years. I heard great things about their latest kits and they are accurate! I've always liked the Defiant - though it was a dismal failure after the Germans figured out what it was. Anyhow - building this for an 80 years of Airfix group build over on FSM. So far the kit has gone together really well. I'm not familiar with Airfix instructions so I have to keep reviewing. The wing has 5 parts which I found curious. Overall this is really nice.
The panel decal is great - I just didn't pay attention and it's off register. But really nice.

I was looking forward to trying a freehand cammo with my new Badger Krome... but none of my four hoses matched the threads... hose 5 on the way. So I went the sausage method
and used my Paasche H.

Not exact but close enough for my liking, besides I'm sure they all didn't look like the pic.

And the refuse... lots of material consumed using this method
