All things jet, no props and Stik...no armor even though the M1 is turbin powered.

Here's what I got done this weekend. Now paint the black forward of the canopy a few more things to add then decals and weathering.

OK guys, I completed the camo, gloss coated and started to apply the some of many decals that come with the Techmod set.
The insignia and numbers are larger than the instructions show but they look OK on the kit, maybe a tad large. The set also comes with enough decals of at least another MiG A.
Stik, the decals are thin and adhere to the gloss coat very will. The edges don't show any appreciable carrier paper and smooth down excellently. No Solvaset seems to be needed. I put the right tail insignia on backwards (shown in the picture) but was able wet it, lift it with tweezers and reapply without incident.

I find it so special, Poland which is part of NATO, has both Russian and US combat aircrafts in its fleet!
