Yeah, I need to remove the celling and floor in the living room area to do a few things including fixing the foundation. After that's fixed, I'll add a bedroom (inside a very large living area), finish it out and use that to live in while fixing the rest oh the house when I get the funds. I'll be building kits while waiting to build up the money.

OK guys,
I started on the house by removing the kitchen cabinets and starting on the floor. There was a water leak for some time completely destroying the joist, baseplate and studs. Must have been happening for some time.
I would like to get the kitchen back together before building the office/hobby room.
I I removed the flooring and got some subfloor down for now but still have quite a bit more to pull and do.
