Engine is "installed" but there looks to be some twist in the chassis. . . or I am twisted. Not sure.

Saw this on another Youtube build and thought, why not? It is for the R600 series of Mack trucks, but not this specific kit. Got it for the grill. Now, my question is, do I just use this or do I cut out the center of the kit piece and glue this in place? I think I'll try this, because if it breaks apart, I still have a grill to use.
