Help in Halifax

Any WW2 era ship in any scale involved in conflict at sea; Allies or Axis, Atlantic or Pacific.
Aftermarket / PE enhancement will be allowed
Any kit started is allowed as long it's not within the final stages of the build - 20% done or less. Crossovers re allowed.

Jeff is a excellent builder and a extremely nice guy, also a local. I haven't talked to him since the last IPMS show but he's a bottomless pit of information when it comes to WW2.

For some inspiration check out his IJN Seaplane Tender Akitsushima build its scratch built. It's impressive in photos but even more so in person.

Thanks everyone! I really wanted to try and get the 1/72 version, but it was a little out of my price range. Also, pretty hard to find at all, even the 1/144 was difficult to find. Ebay led me to this 1/350 kit.

I hear ya. I really want to get the 1/350 scale Aircraft Carrying Cruiser Mogami kit but even that scale is pricey. Did find one for discount price of $140 (regularly $166 and change).
