I buggered the glass :bag:

I love the scheme, and i would love to do it again. On a better kit. And with better decals. These were thick and wierd and silvered really bad even with a super smooth gloss coat.
Ah well. I finished one!!!

Better it's done than still in the box. Can't you get a replacement canopy? Looks pretty good, actually.

Fantastic scheme! Imagine being shot down by that guy. Well done. Could try a little acrylic future on the canopy.
Thanks,

Good work mickey! I take a pass on these decal intensive schemes because I find decals my least favourite part of modelling. But you made it work! Which kit is it? Revell? Hasegawa?

First of all, congratulations finishing (at least) one kit in 2021!
I do my very best to do that as well, but the postman or deliveryservices are not really cooperating here... :-D

Wonderful build, really special and good looking scheme! Without that close-up of the canopy, would not have noticed it at all, due to the amazing scheme!

Thanks all.
The kit is the Italeri one. https://www.italeri.com/en/product/2312
I could order a new canopy, but at this point im not too worried. It looks good enough.
Future is almost impossible to find in NZ. I used to have a bottle but my ex turfed it. Im still a bit salty about that lol.
Everything has been done in Tamiya acrylics with the occasional touch of some generic mini paints.

Wow, that is different! Very well done!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..
