Thanks Lyle! :giggles:

Thanks keavdog!

Thanks Stik! That must of been a sight to see, that many C-47's flying together! I'd probably pass out, lol.

Thanks Stuart! They are basically kiddy corner to where I sit on the couch in my living room, only thing is I wish they were 1/48, lol. I know the Herc would be huge, I have one hanging in the corner across from it. One of my earlier builds, first and only thing so far that I've put LED's in. The C-47 just looks so tiny, lol. I've done 4 of them in 1/48, so 1/72 was quite the change.

A sight to see, hear, and feel. One C-47 makes quite a bit of noise on its own. One can only imagine the sights and sounds of enough C-47s and C-53s to deliver all of the Parachute Infantry and Artillery elements of three airborne divisions in one night!

Don't I know it. I'm lucky to be Whiskey's own personal photographer. Whenever I'm not on board I'm usually out near the runway snagging pics as she's rumbles by. The droning hum of all those engines turning........

Wow, I don't know what to say! I'm overwhelmed at the quality, and I love the display!

Thank you! I'm lucky hubby doesn't care how many holes I put in the ceiling or the walls, lol. Living room is mine, and he gets the backroom of the house.
