Update. Almost there. I'm getting antsy. Hoping to go back to work in 2 weeks. But have to wait for a neurologist to check me over. And I have a stress test to do. All my heart tests came back perfectly normal. Ribs still kinda sore but I have alot more strength and stamina.

So here is the final breakdown of my injuries

7 broken ribs all on right side. Ribs #5 and 6 had 2 breaks each
Broken nose
21 stitches on my nose and above my eye

Everything is healing faster then they thought

Wow... 2 weeks?! I'd have the neurologist have a final stay.

Even if you do get cleared to return to work, will you resume as mail carrier or work the counter til your ribs heal more?

Nope I'm a carrier. One of my other duties is keeping up with changes and entering them in the computer for all the routes in my building. (New houses, vacants etc.) I might do that a little until I'm at full strength
