Tamiya Sauber-Mercedes C9

Post by Brandons_Iron »

Just jumped on this one yesterday. Been really looking forward to building it. Not much to show so far, just prepping parts for primer and paint. There is going to be a great deal of airbrushing and then hand painting as most parts are multiple colors, many are some form of metal color. Waiting for my black primer to show up before I begin working over the body. This one should be fun. Join me.

If you can't fix it with duct tape, you're not using enough duct tape.

I'll be watching this one! You know I just got that very same kit.

To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Interesting, John. That car is slightly different in a few areas. The color callouts in the kit are different in a few areas there. I will use these for sure. Mostly the engine is gonna need some tubing and wires to bulk it out as it's pretty plain in the kit. Thanks!!!
