Yee Hawwww! Here we go again!

Post by LyleW »

Elevated severe thunderstorm warnings with winds of 80 mph (129 mph) and brief tornados possible. Going to be a busy couple of hours. Son/DIL and daughters house dead in the path. Tornado warnings just issued for the county they live in. Significant damage reported in the area with 15,000 or so without power.

So far, we are fine. Heavy rain and wind, but that is all.

Sorry to hear that Lyle. Glad there are no injuries!

Thanks, Chris. Daughters house looks okay. Several big trees down near her. One on a house in her neighborhood, but her street looked okay.

It is all done storming for today, I guess.

Pouring rain here. Nothing like a good soaker tonight. :bored: Glad to hear things has settled down. At least the roof and fence can be fixed via insurance claims. Patio furniture can be replaced.
