Hey all,
I've been working on this for a couple days. I'm doing some custom brake lines, spark plugs and I'd like to cut open the boot and put all their weapons and salt and whatnot that they have stashed back there. I made custom springs out of wire too. This is a mock up. You can see where I've made some ooopsies on the body while deepening the body lines and door jams. I'll patch those up...

Green wires is the main brake lines that go up to the cylinder in the engine bay (which is drilled out too) and the silver wire is the smalldr brake line that will go directly to the brakes

Cool. Never saw the show, but that is one of the better looking 4 doors.

I don't think my pictures quite showed off the shape of the body well. I can assure you the car is actually pretty sizable in this scale and the body lines are very noticeable. I'll get you some pictures soon.

Large and in charge.

I haven't seen the show either. My sister really enjoyed it. She made this Impala before I did actually.

I have put the chassis together with my custom lining. The engine isn't going to be orange because I don't like orange. So it's red. I will paint the lines again then clear coat the chassis. The floorpan will be left flat black. I hope my detailing is effective. First time I've tried this level of detail on a car. It's fun but my wrists hurt.

All the wires and lines have been mounted to the chassis. The front wheels have the brake lines inserted into where the calipers would be from what I've gathered. Engine paint is continuing, more pictures soon

Looking good. I haven't seen the show either nor it's my kind of genre. Not into those vampire/monster type shows.

Very nice! I loved the show and watched the entire 15 seasons. I have the same kit as well. I wanna scratch build the trunk and put all the weapons in there.

Thank you! That's fair enough, I haven't seen the show but I know the car.

I wanted to do the boot too with the weapons but it's gonna be difficult.

Today I did the wiring for the spark plugs and some other weird line that my reference images had. Painted the blackout on the rear bumper and front grill.
More to come
