Cobwebbing from paint...

I'm puzzled....
I've thinned Mr. Color paints with lacquer in the past with no issues. Tonight, airbrushing Mr. Color with lacquer thinner is throwing me a cobweb like finish. The color I used is fairly new since I bought last summer.
I've noticed Mr. Color being on thick side upon opening the bottle. I had about half bottle left of the paint.
I thinned it down as much as I can to density of skim milk, yet still came out with cobwebbing finish.
My older Mr. Color paints never gave me an issue.
My cellar is comfortable temps where my airbrushing is done.
Any ideas why?
