Hornets, Tomcats are my favorite Navy fighter jets.

I have in in my stash. I need to get the Super Hornet and a Tomcat. A Growler too... :giggles:

Great movie!
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

I'm assuming Hasegawa make a nice kit - so I've just put a bid in on one of these...

It is a good film, although a bit different from the book - it was always one of my favourite Clancy novels.

You have good taste Tom!

I have to say though that I've always thought the Hornet was a better looking aircraft in the air than it was on the ground, without that massive u/c leg hanging out of the nose.

Somebody said Legacy Hornets? :hmm:

I still need to build the twin seaters that I have in my stash. One as a Fast FAC D in Desert Storm, and another as a TARPS Hornet during the 1990's Balkan Wars... there are a few more in there as well...

The original novel was WAY better!

It was - I'm actually listening to the audiobook now. The film stands okay in it's own right though.
