I have to say though that I've always thought the Hornet was a better looking aircraft in the air than it was on the ground, without that massive u/c leg hanging out of the nose.
I’ve done a Hornet and a couple Tomcats in my teen years. It’s been a long time since I’ve done either. I still have the Tomcat of my teen years but not sure if I still have the Hornet.

It is a good film, although a bit different from the book - it was always one of my favourite Clancy novels.
I have one of those partially started Stuart -- Seems very nice so far.

Behind Enemy Lines did the same thing for me,first time I saw it I ran out and got the Hasegawa F-18F.

The Privateers flew in the April 1986 strikes on Libya off USS Coral Sea. Those are the squadron markings that I chose for my build.
