Random Photos You Took

Seems many of us have photography as a primary or secondary hobby so I though I would start of thread where folks could post random photos that might be interesting to the group. The photos do not have to be hobby related but they should be taken by you. Please only post one photo per post.

I'll start off with this one. This past week I had an occasion to pull out my old Navy Photo Album and, while thumbing through it, came across some pictures from my '93 Westpac cruise on the Nimitz. I thought of scanning this particular photo to preserve it and, not wanting to run down to the basement where my computer is, I came up with a stop-gap idea: For now, why not just take a picture of me holding/looking at the photo? I believe this is Rage 201 of VF-24 Fighting Renegades (buno 159845) going on the pointy end in the Persian gulf. I wish I had taken more flight ops photos back in the day...

That's very cool Chris, I didn't know you where in the Navy. Must have been great to be on the carriers back in the days before multi-role everything.
