We were kind of tossing around the idea of a Sci Fi/Real Space GB on old SPAM before the weekend . Is anybody else still interested? Both areas on their own are very much niche areas, although they do overlap a bit. Combined I think enough folks here could find somethng that interests them to build.

Yes the man certainly deserves a bit of rest and a good tall Bier. As do all the rest of the staff here.

I have some sci fi in the stash (gundam, robogear) but no real space. But I am in for any GB for which I have subjects in my stash.

I see no reason gundam, maschinen krieger, or any such thing should be excluded. "Science Fiction, Fact or Fantasy" as I once heard describe something in print from another time and place. It is such a huge genre and many folks have something in one of that catagories due to their love of film, literature, tv shows, history, what could have been, etc.

SF3 sounds like a good title and general concept. Now to refine it, get folks interested, and get it approved here.

Just ordered a "Crab" suit and have some other things in my stash.

Hmm, if there are no engines to detail, canopies to paint, camo to mask .....might have promise! You know, I'll sign up even though I would have to (GASP!) buy something....I know.
