So I got the Vortex Mixer from Amazon. I've seen a lot of people using it and decided that I wanted to get one. I tried it out on a bottle of Liquid Pigment that had not been used. You can see the separation between the pigment and the liquid. You just put the bottle on top, press down and it vibrates at a super fast rate. It worked! It's clearly mixed. The only down side is that the power cord is really short.

That's cool Mike, I have something similar. They work really well although sometimes I find with really old paint you need to give it a stir as well.

I think it would help more if I added a steel ball into whatever I'm mixing.
