Had to overcome a building block. Knowing that a Tamiya kit would not make any trouble at all, quite the contrary, I started this one. As expected, moulding and fit, detail and whatever: this brand has it´s top place in my book. Wonderful and easy assembly, fun, fun, and: more fun! Inspired by videos from Andys Hobby Headquarter I had to get this one.
Building and painting so far has been offline to concentrate on a positive experience. Don´t get me wrong, please! Sometime, I enjoy sitting at the bench and glue, and glue, ...
Enough slipslop! Here are pics where I am now with this build. The tracks are painted, too. Got them a first application of pigments, still drying, so not on these shots. I also think about to replace the machine gun barrels by turned ones from RB. Wonderful stuff!
The shadow is where a shovel will be attached.

Thomas, that is absolutely an outstanding piece of work. My goodness....
To make each build less crappy than the last one. Or, put another way, "Better than the last one, not as good as the next one!"..

Outstanding work, Thomas. It's always a pleasure to see the outcomes of your bench sessions.
Also good to read that you found your mojo back.

Thomas that is coming along perfectly. Excellent work on the paint and weathering so far!

Bloody hell, that looks pretty good. The weathering is spot on!

Looks great Thomas! I'm in the midst of building their new Hummel kit and love it...but the Stuart is one of my favorites!
