Re: Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat - Eduard 1/48

Hi Nine, yeah... I will also "retire" my thin CA, will perhaps use it in situations Rick (thanks!) described. Will be thicker CA next time (my issues with the bottle.. when opening the cap, drops of CA flew all over the place.. even one drop on my lip... with "funny" impact...) -...

Re: Monogram USS Ramsey

A very interesting project Stik!

Nice to watch a WIP of a ship! (oh, it rhimes!)
I get almost intrigued to start a ship project one day.

I lift my hat to all the PE work you have done! Looks great!

Re: 1/48 Monogram F-8 Crusader

A beautiful build of a somehow less known Crusader plane.
The cockpit looks really nice, decaling fine also!

Wouh, that is smart! Would never ever thought a shampoo bottle cap would be used as very central piece of scratchbuilding!
And good looking interior indeed!

Re: Moson Model Show 2014

Nice set of pics!

But most impressive pic is the picture of the trunk and Eduards "Da Nang" in the blue bag...
Was not aware of the size of the box! It's huge.... or then the car in the pic was small... I guess the first option... :-)

Re: Grumman F6F-5 Hellcat - Eduard 1/48

Thanks Medic! And what a great video clip Thomas, makes absolutely sense.. Conclusion, my thin CA is definitely not to be used with PE anymore! Must try to find that Gator and if not found, Loctice is of course a great option also! Hmm, would rather be back home continuing my Hellcat, but unfortunat...

Re: 1/72 Airfix BAC Lightning F.2A

Wouh Fermis !

Nice to see a Lightning with a "more" colorful camo! Usually all the Lightnings have been more the classic alu/bare metal camo.. But this one is really cool looking!
