No worries Mike, as I said, I suspect the issue was mine, although the destructions didn't help.Medicman71 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 22, 2024 12:06 pm I didn't see anything about the rear cargo doors in my build log. Sorry.

Italeri definitely seems to have taken a one size fits all on the C-130 engines. I have some Attack Squadron 1/48 updates.

Those are what I've got, although the 1/72 version. Apparently Brengun have bought the moulds from Attack Squadron, or so I've read.

I've added filler all over the seams - the fit's not too bad but most of them aren't level. I've also test fitted the windscreen which was pretty good - this is it unglued.
You might be able to spot my possible next build (it's a bit on the small side) - blame Tom Clancy. Thankfully it has the markings for Hurlburt Field as featured in the book.
Cheers!

That is looking quite the C-130! So, the next one is a car?

LOL! Spot on Lyle
Thanks, it's coming along. I am mulling over putting this in the USAF scheme rather than an RAF version, but we'll see.

Yeah if you make the C-130 a tanker, it’s a natural pair up with the Jolly Green/Pave Low
