Enjoying my second week of summer vacation. I've vowed to finish off a couple shelf queens as this is my primary build season. Also working on a burned out T-72 and just enjoying the process of weathering it. And like Tojo, spending time in the pool.

Making my own canopy mask by cutting strips of tape for the Mossie has been frustrating these last couple nights. :headbang: :headbang: Screw it.... I'm putting in an order for canopy mask for the Mossie kit at scalehobbyist this afternoon. :whiteflag:

Stuart, that is absolutely spot-on for me as well!

Very much inspired by your answer and even much of John E:s P-51D build, I decided to pop-up my own P-51D Revell 1:32 and start with it, just for my own pleasure! Regardless if I will finish it or not, I will enjoy as far as it takes me.

John, you will love the split AC into the garage... mine keeps me in there in these Blazing Saddles temps...

Ha! Ya already down to 85 and we insulated the garage when the house was built so tomorrow should be interesting.
Thanks,

Yeah, the garage split AC works great, but the natural ambient heat radiating into there at this time of year, plus any recently run car engines do challenge that split AC.
