While waiting for the blue to dry overnight, I'm decided to start on this kit; the second aircraft part of my dual build project. This is my first time building an Eduard kit. I have another in my stash - the Fw190A-6 "Butcher bird"
The kit:
The cockpit has 20 parts in all... minus the PE parts that will be glued on after paint.

Nice! I'm looking at the Eduard Weekend Edition of this kit... just haven't had the spare change for it yet...
"Surely I have made my meaning plain? I intend to avenge myself upon you, Admiral. I have deprived your ship of power, and when I swing 'round, I intend to deprive you of your life."
This kit is filled with sooo much engineering details, half you won’t see once built up. Plastic is kinda on the soft side a bit. I haven’t snapped or broken any delicate parts thus far. I bought this kit several years ago. Same with the Fw190.

Cockpit color PE installed... or what I was able to and not..
3 tiny dials. Yeah, I've gone blind after doing those.
Seat harness on!
Instrument panel consists of 9 parts. I only could do 8. Lost the extremely tiny lever in God knows where. (PE 12) PE 31 also disappeared. No matter since I'm not gonna see it once the fuselage buttoned up
Close up view of Instrument panel... incredible ain't it?
Instrument panel glued to shroud.
