Some bits and bobs for the bench. I've wanted a decent set of sanding sticks for ages - I've been using the 400 grit Inifini sticks for a few years and really like them, so I thought I'd get a fuller set. I've also picked up some Ammo Ultraglue and Decal setter after watching a video on youtube - I thought they looked like good products.

I've also picked up a few Tamiya paints (the rest have yet to arrive) for my Chieftain and future British post war amour builds - they should be a good match for the early Bronze Green, and the later IRR Green. I've also picked up one that research suggested was a good match for the IRR green after it had weathered a bit. I'll do some test cards so you guys can see what you think. It'll be good to get some paints I can put through the airbrush though.

The Brushes are for removing my Flory washes as per a friends suggestion.

Two days after I went to the LHS, I get an email that says "A product you want is back in stock". They have the GX100 Super Gloss!!!! I ordered two (that was the limit). Also got some primer and more AK Real Markers.

All great scores guys.

Some time back at a game convention, I picked up these:

Then I was contacted by a friend who needed help. So after getting paid for a job, I took up his offer to sell me this:

My goodness, Mark!

I’ve been looking for one of these in a manageable scale for size purposes. There is a somewhat new 1/144 from 4D models. My interest is piqued.

I've been wanting one of the AN-225s but in 1/72 scale it would be HUGE. I can't wait to see this built up.

If you can't fix it with duct tape, you're not using enough duct tape.

Mark are you gonna add a new room to your place to hold that big bird when it’s built? :hmm: :giggles:

Thank you John! I'm trying to make some space in the Hobby Room, now that I added an extra large shelf above my window. Then I should be able to get started.

Thank you Stuart! I'll see about getting some sprue shots in a bit.

Thank you Johnny! Actually, it's about 3.5 feet long and four feet wingspan.

Thank you Lyle! Nice vid. I do hope you get your 1/144 scale one. For me, that's too small. I gotta have t in 1/72 scale to match my other 1/72 scale aircraft.

Thank you Brandon! Yes, it is huge, yet I'm so thrilled that I have it now.

Thank you Carlos! I can't, I live in a second story condo and there's no place I could put one; at least one that is acceptable to the association. I will find some kind of open space in my ceiling though.... :hmm:
