Slowly getting my mojo back on this one. Did a few component assemblies and ready to put the fuselage halves together. Forgot to paint nose struts white, need to paint the inside of nose panels. Let’s not forget I still need to paint “the office” and Executive chair, aka: bang seat :giggles:

Hi Tom, I caught up on this build of yours. You’re getting there despite the poor instructions and bad intel and that’s the most important part! Good luck.

Say what you will about old Monogram or Revell kits, but they never put those ejection pins in position like this to leave prominent marks on the exterior surfaces like here. :headslap:

I'd rather deal with raised pins than sink marks. Still, with today's abilities you would think they would not do this.

If you can't fix it with duct tape, you're not using enough duct tape.

And I have two more of the same Viper kits. I’m slowly having a love/hate relationship with Kinetic kits in general. Over engineered somewhat along with confusing errors in instruction guide. Don’t get me wrong… they are good kits but they can test your patience with some fit issues. Instruction guide does have a tendency omit color call out on some areas.
