Hi all,
Are any of you acquainted with the hobby scene in Tokyo? I'm travelling over in May to meet up with some old friends and I intend to do a splurge of spending in Tokyo. I know there are model and hobby shops galore, but apart from the Volks Hobby Square, are there any other shops anyone can recommend? I want to pick up some Bandai too and maybe some Tamiya etc.
どうもありがとうございました (Thank you very much!)
Jim

Re: Hobby shops in Tokyo
Hobbylink Japan is my go-to shop in Japan. If you go visit, look for a rather large American who works there- goes by JHulk online...name is Jeff. Good guy!!

Re: Hobby shops in Tokyo
Is this in central Tokyo or easy accessed? I don't want to be travelling out into the 'burbs etc.
Re: Hobby shops in Tokyo
Ah good point...after a quick look, they are located in Tochigi Prefecture... apparently two hours north of Tokyo :(
