Man! If that doesn't look interesting, I don't know what does.

Thanks for the compliments. I am happy to be able to show some progress in the build. Since this is a wooden aircraft I am not going to do a lot of washes, chipping or other weathering so this build should be on a fast track to finishing!

I picked out some decals from the spares box yesterday. A interesting task, which Balkenkreuze to use? Where to put registration numbers? etc.

I looked on Internet how others do this with their Ho-229's but most just skip registration numbers...now there's an easy way out. However, I think that even in a fictional universe the Germans would have everything properly registered....

And the decals are on! It has become red 7:

The decals come from different sources. Some are silvering and need more Microsol. Others are doing great...

That is stunning.
You can learn all the math in the 'Verse, but you take a boat in the air that you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps her in the air when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurtin' 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Thanks! The decals need some more setting solution, just look at those cirkels on the top.

Then a flat coat and detail painting (primarly the enigines) and maybe some shading using pastels.

Borg, you really got something out of this kit! PM kits are not all that hot. Looking forward to seeing the final result.
