Thank you all so much for your comments.
I am struggling to minimize the amount detail.
Eduard gives everything—
Flight controls—chains linking wheels—
Now I think add the control stick and IP—
The canopy frame where the shoulder belts go.
...
Thoughts?

Put as much as you can but you don’t need to go crazy doing so.

Yeah....in 1/72nd scale just add only what you'll be able to see otherwise you will drive yourself nuts. Make sure everything will fit together when assembled as well. I've added detail and added detail without test fitting and wind up doing more work getting everything to work together. None of the detail is worth a crap if the model can't all come together in the end. Ask me how I know.

Bruce for someone who says he doesn't know what he is doing, you sure show tremendous talent and skill! That is an impressive cockpit so far; certainly exceeding anything I've done to a 1/72 scale cockpit. Way to go man!

I was curious to see what this looks like in late California afternoon sunlight. Most important—
One huge thank you to all of you!
Sincerely. What makes SPAM special is you.
I hope that does not sound corporate, because it is not.
I am going to write a separate post of gratitude—
But I want you to know here that I am so grateful for—
Kevin, Kari, Duke, Joe, John (Gone fishing!), Ken, Torben, Carlos, Ernie, Marius... Tom, Borg, Cherry, Sylvio, Brent, Fermis and Thomas and Lyle and Stuart and Clint...
You make all the difference.

Yup... everybody pitches in with hints, tips, suggestions, advice, and above all, encouragement. It’s a group effort to cheer each of us here to a successful completion of a project.
