Loving the work on these fermis. I'm not sure how it's possible, but it seems like you're building more, faster, these days?
I am a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma, smothered in Canadian bacon.

Yeah, work slowed down the last couple weeks (short days). Snow and cold finally moved in and shut us right down! Gotta put in a couple days at the airport next week, for "re-training", and once our tractor gets back from the doctor, I have midnight snow removal duty....that, and cover a shift here and there.VanceCrozier wrote:Loving the work on these fermis. Hmmmm...I thought the backdrop was purple...Fermis wrote:Perception is a strange thing!Manny1943 wrote:I agree that the Wildcat looks much better...
...in that second pic, however, they both (Wildcat and SBD) look like they are back to that grey color???
Maybe the darker blue backdrop is having the effect.

Kinda looks that way in that last pic. My cam/phone does weird things...sometimes things look the way they do to the eye, and sometimes it gets that effect that changes the lighting...I dunno, I just like building models!Manny1943 wrote:Hmmmm...I thought the backdrop was purple...Fermis wrote: Perception is a strange thing!

Great job on the paint work Fermis. I am taking notes to see if someday I can replicate the masterful work you're doing.
