Airfix (Heller) 1/72 Dassult Super Etendard - Test Shots

Post by Stuart »

Hi all,

Here is one of my recent finishes - the Airfix/Heller 1/72 Dassult Super Etendard. It's an old kit with meh fit but I really enjoyed it. It's hand painted with a no.4 round tipped brush and very thinned Humbrol enamels.

I've tried to take some decent shots of this one and appreciate some feedback on the pictures. They were taken in natural light using my old Canon EOS 350D and my ef50mm f/1.8, and using a tripod and remote release. The ISO was 100 and the camera set using manual to f/20 and about a third of a second.

I have noticed the Specs - I wonder if I have dust on my sensor.

Cheers

Stuart

That sure is purty. Well done, Stuart.

That is a great build Stuart, well painted !

I like the open airbreak and the white Exocet missilie, really looks as a bad-ass (excuse my french)

Sharp looking model there Portman! Well done; the painting almost looks airbrushed. Most impressive!
